Zarahn Insurance Agency, Inc. (Eddie Zarahn Agency) was established in 1975 and has grown to 22 employees who have a vast knowledge of insurance and experience with those complex areas related to condominium insurance. The Agency has been in business for over 40 years and has a solid reputation in our community. We offer business insurance for contractors, retail and service organizations. We offer a full line of insurance services from the association to the unit owner. We insure over 40 condominium associations right here in Pensacola and Perdido Key, Florida. The agency does consultations for condominium associations throughout the states of Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. Mr. Zarahn received the chartered casualty underwriter designation in Baltimore, Maryland in 1993. He has served on insurance committees for several companies. He does expert witness work for law firms in the local area typically in regards to an agent’s errors and omissions involving a claim related to business insurance or condominiums.

 

Mr. Zarahn is the President of the company. He is on the Executive Committee for the Hadji Shriners Temple. He is an active member of the Lions Club, First Vice President of Perdido Sun Condominiums, President of Golf Club Condominiums, President of H Building at the Hamptons Condominium, First Vice President of St. John’s Cemetery Association and Member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.

Barbara Zarahn McIlwain is the Vice President. She has a Master’s degree from the University of South Alabama in Public Administration. She worked for a computer software company in Mobile, Alabama for over 18 years. She has management and business experience and brings innovative ideas to the agency. She is a member of Impact 100.

 

Jarett Coleman is also the Vice President. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. He is skilled in developing business plans and is an asset to the agency. He has been in management for over 5 years. He is involved in the Civil Rotary Club.
